There are several openings for experienced and licensed drivers to run lawn maintenance crews.
The qualified applicant will have 3 - 5 years of experience and will have a valid NJ drivers license and possess the ability to drive a mason dump and trailer as well as operate all necessary machines and equipment.
The applicant must be able to manage a crew of three and have the ability to interact with clients.

We are always looking to fill many positions for experienced pruning and garden care crew leaders and general laborers to assist with the maintenance of residential landscapes.
The qualified candidates will be able to lift up to 80 pounds, will be experienced with pruning, installing mulch, pulling weeds and install perennials and annuals and can work in extreme heat and cold.
All candidates must be able to get to East Hanover to begin their work day.
OSHA Safety Certification a Plus.

Small engine repair mechanics are required to perform the following:
The design & sales person must be able prepare a preliminary design, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Generate fair, thorough and accurate
design proposals.
Communicate the design and installation processes to clients to help ensure realistic expectations, help them make better decisions and to recognize the importance the design expertise.
Introduce clients to other services and products that help ensure the vision of the design and that the client’s evolving needs are met.
Follow up with clients before, during and after the installation takes place.
A qualified machine operator must be able to operate a variety of heavy equipment, posses a valid drivers license (CDL heavily desired) and have the ability to load and transport the equipment to and from landscape projects via trailers.
The duties for a machine operator are to, under supervision, operate a skid steer loader, excavator, mowers, blowers, demolition saw, rubber tire tractor and a variety of hand and power tools and equipment in renovating and preparing landscape projects as assigned.
Candidates must also be prepared to work on site, under supervision, in the performance of residential and commercial landscape installations.
